Local Photographer Joins International Non-Profit Council
Warwick, RI, July 1st,2018—Professional photographer Bailey Fox of Bailey Fox Photography in Warwick,RI was elected to the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) Council for 2018 – 2021. A non-profit, international association with more than 30,000 members, PPA is ultimately governed by its members through such council representatives.
PPA Councilors are professional photographers who volunteer their time and service to guide and act as the voice for their state’s PPA members. Duties include discussing and voting on changes to the Bylaws and the leadership of the association (via the election of the Nominating Committee and the Board of Directors). They also play a crucial role in sharing the PPA message to existing, new and prospective PPA members in their state.
Bailey is a Coventry native that currently resides in West Warwick. Her portrait studio Bailey Fox Photography specializes in Newborn and baby photography, however will happily and artfully photograph other portrait subjects. Bailey has been a professional photographer since 2002 after completion of Hallmark Institute of Photography. She earned her CPP in 2018 and is working toward her craftsman while speaking and teaching other photographers around the country. Bailey is thrilled to be joining the council and such a prestige position within PPA which certainly speaks volumes of her professional stature within the photographic industry.
